    Need a quick dressing?

    This dressing is easy, delicious, and nutrient dense! Ingredients: 1 cup Bragg apple cider vinegar (BIG B's also makes one) 1 cup extra virgin olive oil 1 1/2 TBL mustard powder 1/2 medium onion (cut into eighths) 1 tsp sea salt 1 tsp of raw unfiltered honey (optional) Add all ingredients to the blender, turn on high and blend until smooth and creamy. Store in airtight container in fridge for up to one week. Great on salad with pears and sunflower seeds. Health Benefits: Appl
