Service Description

As we age, weight gain sets in. How can we loss weight, gain confidence, and feel great? This program helps you to build life long healthy habits, that become part of your lifestyle. In this program we explore your diet, exercise, stress, sleep, relationships, and yes habits to find key opportunities for habit change. We start with a 3-day food journal, health history, and move into the 3-week specific food plan protocol. You will receive weekly check-ins for the first three weeks. At which point adjustments will be made to the food plan. The following three weeks will include email support to help maintain progress, troubleshoot hurdles, and provide individualized tips. This program includes 6-weeks of ongoing support, to help new habits form. With 3 actual meetings, either over the phone or in-person.
