Onion is a prebiotic, which feeds the good bugs in your gut, supporting a balanced microflora. A healthy digestive system leads to regular stools, weight loss, and improved sleep.

Sea salt comes from the sea and is rich in trace minerals, often lacking in American diets.

Honey is considered by some to be a super food. Rich in vitamins and minerals, with antibacterial properties. It can also be used as a natural cough syrup. Take 1 teaspoon on tongue to calm coughing.

Olive oil is anti-inflammatory, inflammation is the basis for most all modern disease. The monounsaturated fats are healthy fats and important for cell and skin health.

Mustard is in the brassicas family, you know broccoli and cabbage. It supports the breakdown of chemicals from air, food, and water as well as the biotransformation (chemical alteration) of our hormones and neurotransmitters.
