Functional Nutrition Group Cleanses
Group Cleanses are held quarterly in the summer, fall, winter, and spring. They are designed to help individuals change eating habits, try new foods, and build community around healthy living. Each group cleanse has a slightly different theme. Cleanses are a great way to start a new food plan, get back to your ideal diet, or build community around healthy habits. All group cleanses include a 30 minute one-on-one call to orientate you with the cleanse and answer questions. Additionally you will receive a specific food plan with recipes, daily email support with an opportunity to ask specific personal questions, and private facebook group.
