I recently took a food sensitivity test to determine the foods that maybe causing unwanted symptoms. I found the information to confirm what I already suspected and give more motivation to clean eating. Clean eating is minimizing processed foods, choosing sustainably raised meats, and eating nutrient dense whole foods like broccoli, kale, and berries. Yes, I had increased antibodies (your bodies immune system produces antibodies to protect you from invaders, or culprits that cause reaction in your body) to wheat, dairy, and eggs. If you are sensitive to certain foods, it does not mean that you will always be, a gut healing protocol can change that over time.
